About Me
I am a stay at home Mum to one little girl and a craft addict, I don't feel right if I don't get my crafting fix!I have always crafted in some form or another and tried my hand at all sort including glass painting, jewellery making, sewing, crochet, card making and scrapbooking. I discovered scrapbooking about 10 years ago and got hooked. After years of disregarding digital scrapping I had a sudden conversion in November 2013 and instantly became addicted. Now I can't believe I was so anti it before! As a full time Mum digital scrapping fits so much better into my life and budget at the moment but I will never give up all my lovely stash! I try to make digital layouts in the same style as I would paper ones and make then look as "real" as possible by only using elements which would work on a paper layout, adding shadows and using "glow" to recreate the inking I always add to my paper layouts! I look forward to exploring this new world and having fun here at PS.
At 18 months after I started on this digital adventure I am still loving it and have been accepted on to several Creative Teams, including here at PS! The next step is to try designing!
Description
I was delighted to discover the photos of my trip to Morocco languishing on a memory stick! I was still using film in those days but I had forgotten that when I got it printed I had asked for a disk of the images too, which means I can now scrap some of those old photos!
This layout is so busy that I don't really like it but I was trying to capture the feel of Morocco with it's bustling souks so I guess it worked!
Made with Marisa's World Traveller bundle. The staple is by Sheila.

We are going there next week with our 3 year old! Seeing your page is getting me excited!
We went to Morocco a few years ago and your beautiful page made me almost made me see, hear and smell the souks again. Aahhhh...
Thanks Brenda, some of the patterns in Marisa's kit made me think of Morocco and when I was the old map of it in the kit I was so exited!
Morocco was my last real bit of travelling before I settled down/got married to a hubby who doesn't like traveling! I hope I'll get to take my daughter there one day when she is older maybe. Of course it is closer to me then it is to you!
First of all, extremely jealous that you got to go to Morocco. The closest I've been is the exhibit at EPCOT.
Second of all, I love your color scheme. It complements the bright colors of your photos without distracting me from the "bustling souks" *heart*
Finally, the Africa map card is a genius touch.
