up up! (p&co 3 way challenge)

Description

Just an unexpected snap in the city. While the city was painting colors because of the gay movements against their rights everything was colorful. pedestrian walkways, streets, cobbles, walls, benchs and also unexpected installations such as flying umbrellas of the city. it was lovely to see the grey city in colors.
