They did a traditional wedding, just showed up to the reception dinner in their cloaks and house scarves...and since we weren't doing a traditional rent-a-hall-and-cater-it dinner because it was just the wedding party (what would normally be the head table), I don't have any photos from inside the very dimly lit restaurant. The prime rib was great, though, and so was getting to share a nice meal with my son and DIL and my partner.
There are TONS of fabulous ideas out on Pinterest for Harry Potter-themed cakes, invitations, and decor! (Someone even figured out a way to rig the flameless candles to hang by wires so they look like the floating ones in the Great Hall!)

So totally using this for my son's wedding layouts! Their colors were Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, they showed up to the reception dinner in their house cloaks, and went to Orlando for their honeymoon weekend...and their last name is Holly. Thanks for making such a PERFECT item!
