About Me
Hi there! I'm a teacher. I try to find as much time as I can to edit photos and make digital scrapbook albums. I'll admit it: I'm addicted. Holidays with my husband are my favorite subjects. I also spend lots of time managing my stash of digital papers, templates, png's etc. It's turning into a hobby in itself. Does anyone else suffer from this same tic? :)
I love browsing on PixelScrapper. Especially the stories behind photos or layouts are of interest to me.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
Yesterday I received Scrap Girls Club of the month February. It was called Amour, and contained a lot of rather old-fashioned papers and elements. At first I was disappointed, but then I realized they would be perfect for some heritage pages. I've spent hours last winter retouching old photos of my husbands family, now I had the papers to use them with!
This picture must have been taken around 1900, the lady in the middle is my husbands paternal great-grandmother as a teenage girl. Hard to think of them as teenagers! With their gloves, and hats, and parasols!

Great job. I love the bit of colour.
Thanks, Dawn! I feel quite daunted by black and white or sepia photos. I'm always afraid they will turn out boring. This teal color sort of prevented that, fortunately.
what an awesome photo to have of your husband's distant relatives!! and you have scrapped it so beautifully!!
Thanks, Paddy!
an absolutely perfect kit for vintage photos - i love how you set this one up - lots of lushes brushwork in teal...mmm, very tasteful!
