About Me
Hi there! I'm a teacher. I try to find as much time as I can to edit photos and make digital scrapbook albums. I'll admit it: I'm addicted. Holidays with my husband are my favorite subjects. I also spend lots of time managing my stash of digital papers, templates, png's etc. It's turning into a hobby in itself. Does anyone else suffer from this same tic? :)
I love browsing on PixelScrapper. Especially the stories behind photos or layouts are of interest to me.

My husband loves all things maritime, so I've visited many a ship on holiday. This one is both our favorite, the tea clipper Cutty Sark in London. It was once the fastest ship on earth, bringing tea from China to England. The fastest ship got the best price.
Sadly it threatened to collapse in on itself when it was put in a dry dock, since a ship isn't ment to support its own weight. Cleverly, they hung it up on large steel jacks. Added benefit is that you can now pass underneath it (my stomach did a quick flip, I must admit). But it made for some great pics!
No template, no embellishments.

Striking layout!
Thanks, Paddy! I like to use photos as BG as much as I can.
This is so effective! I love seeing pages where the background is another photo.
Thanks, Meredith!
Wow! What a stunning photograph of the hull of the Cutty Sark! I am so blown away by this wonderful page! I think I've found a kindred spirit who loves London and all her treasures as much as I do! Thank you for sharing! ~M x
how neat! I love that you went vertical with the photo subject.
