About Me
Mum to a young adult, a teenager, a black lab & 5 siameses... Love reading, music, cooking, traveling, the outdoors, landscape photography & my hubby of 23 years.
I ventured into digiscrapping at the recommendation of a friend overseas a few years ago. I had always thought about [paper] scrapbooking, but lack of storage space kept me from doing it. Needless to say, digiscrapping was the perfect solution for me. I purchased a copy of Paint Shop Pro & began looking for a friendly digiscrap community to participate in. DigitalScrapbook.com has been a good fit - the girls are helpful, supportive, kind & generous with one another, which I truly appreciate...

The kindergarteners at our homeschool coop went on a field trip to a fire station a couple towns away.... They had a blast - getting on the fire truck & exploring every nook and cranny, and being given a chance to use the fire hose. Because the flow of the water is so strong they only let 2 at a time hold the hose (along with one of the firefighters' help). We also went on a nature hike that spring - walking through the woods until we hit the river. The kids saw baby ducklings & were very excited about that.
CREDITS.......
Firefighter badge by Kim's Scrappin; word art circle by MDD; and template 235 by Tiggconn. Don't recall which font(s) I used - sorry. Keep in mind I made this page before I knew you had to list credits for each layout you make. All other materials were from Mabelle's "5 Tweets" kit @ mydigistyle.
