About Me
I'm a 60 yr old grandmother who loves her 3 girls and grandkids to death!! I work for a local drug testing facility and love it. I began digital scrapbooking about 6 year ago and have been hooked since. The idea of storing all of my papers, elements, and kits on my laptop versus every crook-and-cranny I can find is a wonderful idea.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
My high school was torn down about ten years ago. It has been part of my hometown's history for over 75 years. Now, it has merged with two other schools, but has maintained the name "Woodrow Wilson High School" and they have revived the famous "Flying Turtle" logo.

Thank you all for the kind comments.
Sharon - the page looked empty, so I thought the elements would add a nice touch and fill in some empty space.
Kaleena - I tried to pick papers that would not only represent my school's colors, but also accent the photos and elements.
One of the gentlemen made a video of the demolition process that took place over several weeks. He had it play to our school's alma mater. I can never watch that video without crying.
This layout is great! I love the variety of photos and I think you picked excellent papers to go with them.
Nothing wrong with your page! I like your little school-time elements scattered on the page.
This is a great first attempt at a pocket page! Don't fear - You can't really do them wrong!
In the forum you mentioned to be gentle because this is your first pocket page- I think it looks great! There are no right or wrong ways to scrapbook and I love this page!
Great way to keep the memories alive!
