Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
This layout is for my nephew who loves playing ice hockey since he was six or seven YO. His team became the champion of the division last year, and promoted to the upper division this year. The coming season seems to be a tough one for them, though, "Go for it, Boys!"
All the photos are from home pages of his team and of Tokyo Ice Hockey Federation (copyright free). So, unfortunately some of the photos does not have enough pixels to use as I wanted.
I love the layout template I used sooo much, but found it is very difficult for me to use the triangles effectively as Janette did!
What I used:
-layout template : as shown below
-striped papers: from Karry Dempsey's Monochromatic Navy Kit*
-font for the title: Hungover
-font for the snowflakes: WWFlakes
* I fond some awesome Karry's kits on the web some weeks ago, and it was the crew for me to find PixcelScrapper.

What a great hockey layout!!! Love the colors, love the photos. I have a nephew who played hockey too at a young age. He's 24 now and doesn't play anymore. I should ask my sister for some of his photos and scrap them. Great way to inspire me Orsinian. Love your profile photo too. :))

I tried a new plug-in to create the metal arrowheads as following a GIMP tutorial*. It works nicely!

Thanks for the story ! I forgot to mention I like the fact that you cut out the triangles and gave the raised space in between a metal look and a gradient. Very striking!

This is an awesome layout and I love the dark dramatic colors with the light color of the focal photo making it a shining star. I like that you decided to rotate the template to suit your focal photo. Great job! Thank you for showing us another way of using this template.
