About Me
Crafting has been my lifeline since I was little. I have had years and years (LOL) of practice and still am learning new techniques and products. While my first love is writing, my second is art, which encompasses everything from scrapbooking to water colors, card making to leather crafting, and on and on. Married to the love of my life for 40+ years, we have two grown children. Last year hubs was diagnosed with ALS, so I have taken on the job of caretaker while my daughter interrupted her college education to live at home and work part-time in order to spend what time we all have together. Crafting is the #1 activity that can de-stress me, but my free time is limited.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
Since my husband's illness, his sense of smell is very sensitive so I can't cook in the house. Luckily, I have a gas grill and keep finding wonderful recipes that can be retrofitted to be grilled outside instead of cooked inside. My layout features one of the many delicious meals I have made with a little bit of luck at a thrift store, my dependable old gas grill and creativity.

Thanks for the tip, Christianna. I have one of those grills that I can light just one side if I want for indirect heat, which comes in very handy for grilled cheese sandwiches and such!
Looks delicious (& congrats on the thrift store find :D )
If you keep your heat low and use the top rack, you can totally make grilled cheese sandwiches on the grill!
Nice use of the food day kit!
