This layout features a special day in the life of my church! The photo on the cover of the program shows my grandparents and other church members of the church in 1910. The building was on the cemetary grounds. The man revealing the Historical Marker was my Dad's older brother Ed, grandson of the first pastor 1889 - 1922! I am currently serving as Historian for the church, a job that I truly cherish since my family history and the church's history are tied together with heart strings. Besides the first pastor (my great grandfather) my Mom's father was also pastor at our church 1946 - 1952. Both of those great men are buried in the church's cemetary!
