About Me
I am happily retired and enjoying life with my DH Jerry. We have a wonderful daughter, SIL, and two of the world's greatest grandchildren. I enjoy photography, digital scrapping, genealogy, and singing in the choir.
Description
After lunch, we head southwest to the coast and Peggy’s Cove, on St. Margaret’s Bay. The village was founded in 1811 as a fishing village. The 1914 lighthouse stands on immense granite boulders while the waves sweep in over the rocks. A few wildflowers manage to grow. In addition, we view the 1885 St. John’s Church, small homes, and fishing boats in the harbor. After buying a souvenir for our good friend Peggy, we are surprised to see a boat named Tonya Nicole, the names of her daughter and granddaughter. Back at camp on a rainy evening, we play dominoes inside the camper. September 11, 2015
