About Me
I came to digital scrapbooking by way of Project Life, which I did in physical form for the first year and then tried out doing digitally, and became hooked for life on digital documenting. I made my first designs to share as contributions for DigitalScrapbook.com blog trains, and am thrilled to now be part of the DigitalScrapbook.com design team! I create products for digital pocket scrapbooking and traditional scrapbooking, and want to support people however I can in creatively and easefully documenting their lives.

Description
This set of cookbook illustrations and ads featuring people includes a very silly and strange illustration from a chapter called "How to Cook Husbands." It was not, as the illustration might imply, a recipe for cannibal cooking, but rather a playful advice article for new wives.
While working on my Cozy Kitchen bundle I combed through a collection of 100-year-old antique cookbooks for inspiration, and found way more wonderful vintage imagery than I could put to use in my kit. I just adore vintage packaging and how intricately it was rendered in old etchings, and I love old print ads with their over-the-top mixes of hand-lettered fonts and wingdings. I decided to extract and clean up the best ones to share, because I know they’ll come in handy for your recipe cards and kitchen-themed layouts, and for adding a touch of funky old-fashioned style to art journal pages and shabby vintage layouts.
Graphics come as black PNGs and as an .abr brush file. *Most graphics are actually larger than they appear in the preview.*

Awesome! Hate to admit it, but I'm kinda vintage myself. Guess why I love it so. Thanks.
